  • 1 whole Yellow Sweet Pepper chopped small

  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 pound Bulk Mild Italian Sausage
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 10 ounces Fresh Baby Bella Mushrooms cleaned and sliced
  • 6 ounces canned Tomato Paste
  • 1 Baby Spinach
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Basil slivered fine
  • 1 pound Quality Gluten Free Pasta I used TJ's Organic Brown Rice and Quinoa Pasta
  • 1 pound Mozzarella grated
  • 2 cups Parmesan shredded
