- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 10 ounces Fresh Baby Bella Mushrooms cleaned and sliced
- 6 ounces canned Tomato Paste
- 1 Baby Spinach
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Basil slivered fine
- 1 pound Quality Gluten Free Pasta I used TJ's Organic Brown Rice and Quinoa Pasta
- 1 pound Mozzarella grated
- 2 cups Parmesan shredded
