If you are not entirely delighted with your order, help is here! Please contact Grammie within 20 days from the date you received your order at renee@grammiechats.com

Our supplier is happy to replace any misprinted/damaged/defective items. You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

All Grammie’s GroupieGear items are custom printed or embroidered. They are produced on demand when ordered. Consequently, our supplier does not honor requests for size exchanges or buyers remorse. Please be sure to read the size charts before placing your order!
