Meet Renee

Hello! I’m so pleased you are here!!

Come be inspired! GrammieChats is a casual Titus 2 themed blog and social media community chatting about life, love, and a bunch of things good. 

My name is Renee Hight. I am a Bible-believing Christ-follower, prayer-warrior, encourager – and I love to delight folks with great food. 

I have well over a half-century of life experience and multiple cherished titles such as Daughter, Sister, Honey, Friend, Mom, Auntie, and the abundantly delightful – Grammie.

A bonafide miracle only God can explain, I have been married to my husband Stache for thirty-eight years! I am a mother of five(+3) grown children and ‘Grammie’ to 10 of the world’s dearest.

After a twenty-nine year career of home teaching, I now spend most days studying, mentoring, crafting recipes, and writing inspirational posts for the blog. 

Psalm 66:16 states, “Come and hear, all you who fear God, and I will tell what he has done for my soul.” Isn’t that cool?!

If nothing else, in this context, you will find me to be a reflective storyteller. Intentionally casual, I am inspired deeply by approachable grace, new mercies, purpose, and gratefulness -all shared through authentic testimony.

I’d serve you myself if I could, but go ahead, grab a cup of your favorite and sit with me a while. I’ll share my stories of what God has done and is doing. And I’ll pray He will both bless and inspire you with the telling.
